The Know Your Product (KYP) Series is designed to build the product knowledge, confidence and selling capability of our Sales Support Force (SSF). The series equips team members with a deeper understanding of our products, materials, features, benefits and appropriate customer applications, enabling them to make informed recommendations and communicate product value effectively.

Through practical learning, product-focused sessions and assessments, SSFs will develop the ability to connect product knowledge to customer needs, occasions and preferences, supporting a more confident, personalized and premium customer experience.
